Our daily order cut-off is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 4pm are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day — anything after 4pm, or over the weekend, is dispatched the next working day.
Every order placed before 4pm on a working day leaves our Bath studio the same day. Orders placed after the 4pm cut-off, or on weekends and bank holidays, are sent on the next working day.
Standard Delivery reaches UK mainland addresses within three to five working days of dispatch. It's free on orders over £49, and £3.95 otherwise. Every parcel is sent fully tracked.
Yes — choose Express Delivery at checkout and order before our 4pm cut-off Monday to Friday for delivery the very next working day. It's a flat £6.95 whatever the size of your order.
