Most of our glassware and tableware is dishwasher safe — look for the care note on each product page. For pieces with delicate finishes we recommend a gentle hand wash to keep them looking their best.

Warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth are all you need. Avoid sudden changes in temperature to protect fine glass against thermal shock.

Yes. We work with makers who share our commitment to durable, responsibly sourced materials and minimal, recyclable packaging.

You have a full 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Every return comes with a free prepaid label — just start it from your account.

Of course. Let us know when you start your return and we'll send a replacement once the original reaches us, provided it comes back unused and undamaged.

Once your return arrives back with us we'll inspect it and refund your original payment method within five to seven working days, with a confirmation email when it's done.

We ship right across the UK mainland, with selected international destinations available at checkout. Delivery costs and estimated times are always shown before you pay.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and free on all orders over £49. Express next-day delivery is a flat £6.95 on any order size.

Standard orders arrive within three to five working days of dispatch. Order Express before 2pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver the very next working day.
