Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are not included in product prices unless stated.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices displayed are correct. However, if we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Our order cut-off for same-day dispatch is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm or on Sundays will be dispatched the next working day.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather, courier disruption, or customs processing.

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 3–5 working days — £3.95, free on orders over £49.
• Express Delivery (DPD): Next working day — £6.95 flat rate.
• International delivery costs and timescales are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please log in to your account and select the relevant order, or contact our customer support team.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds do not include the original delivery charge unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or has had its packaging removed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Product Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur due to screen calibration, photography conditions, or the handmade nature of some of our products. These do not constitute grounds for return.
